What started as a weekly magazine to stay in touch with our readers changed into a biweekly once things started opening up again, and is now a monthly. We welcome articles, interviews, recipes, wisdom, personal essays, breathing exercises, beautiful art and photos, news on favorite places, or musings on current events.
